Jennings, 90, of Fort Thomas, passed away on June 25, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood. He was the Director of Benefits with the Cinergy Corperation in Cincinnati, a WWII Army Veteran, and a graduate of Georgetown College. He served as Vice President of Economic Development for the NKY Chamber of Commerce, and he was a Goodwill Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce.Joseph JenningsJennings was a longtime member of the Newport Rotary Club. He served on the Holly Hill Children’s Home Board, the Campbell County Library Board and he was a member of the Newport, Ft. Thomas, and Wilder Business Associations. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Byland Jennings, his daughter, Janet Willig, his grandson Matt (Tara) Willig and his great-grandchildren, Cortland & Cole Willig. Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Saturday July 1, 2017 at the Dobbling Funeral Home in Ft. Thomas.Funeral eremony will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017, at the Dobbling Funeral Home, 106 S. Ft. Mr. Kabler was born Aug. 18, 1957, in Maysville, to the late Hollis Hord and Barbara Ann Blankenship Kabler.He was employed as maintenance mechanic for Carmeuse Lime. He was a 1975 graduate of Mason County High School.Survivors include his wife, Laura Lee Haggard Kabler; his step-daughters, Angie (Jason) Smoot of May's Lick, and Amber Arthur of Flemingsburg; six grandchildren, Jakeb Conn of Maysville, Kaleb, Bryson and Aubrey Arthur of Flemingsburg, Skylar and Josie Smoot of May's Lick; three sisters, Kim Rankin of Maysville, Patty (Rick) Combs of Aberdeen, Ohio, and Valerie Kabler of Germantown; two brothers, Hollis E. Kabler of Dover, and Tim (Debi) Kabler of Germantown; and a host of nieces and nephews.Services for Michael Hord Kabler will be held at 1 p.m., at Dover Christian Church on Saturday, July 22, 2017, with Brother Jerry Harding officiating.Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery.
